I think my body lacks in calcium proteins and vital vitamins...as I stay in hostel I don't get proper food... My thies are so fat but my hands looks very weak... My fat in stomach is increasing ....I feel lame all day ...don't feel energy in my body... . Also my digestion is very weak and not immune

Avoid stress and strain
Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any
Drink plenty of water

Take sound sleep at night for  8-9 hours
Avoid fast food and restaurants food
Take less oily and less spicy food
Practice yogas and pranayamas
Practice morning and evening walk necessary
