Asked for Male, 1 Years

My 14 months baby boy was born with cleft lip and palate Cleft palate surgery is due but not CBC readings r not giving a good signal and indicating bacterial infection Have done many courses for antibiotics but nothing is changing He has a habit to put anything in mouth I am worried if there might be any foreign particles inside his body Which test can be done to detect Plz guide I am lossing hope now
