Commuted fracture on left knee tibia shown on MRI carried on 08 mar 17 but i have very less pain . The incient took place on 14 feb as the twisting of left knee . no fracture shown in X ray dr advised to rest 15 days and gave tablets now MRI carried after 20 days of incident should I go for plaster or rest for 15 days more

Hello there,,,,,well it would be nice of you if you can upload your complete mri report here to get a clear picture.
Xrays usually miss minute details which are then picked up by MRI, also pain may be less coz of the medications you are taking.
Please get a second opinion as commuted fractures usually require attention.
