I have 23 months old boy. He is playing with me very well.. He knew how to say amma.. But he couldn't call me.. Sometimes he ignores our words.. He involves with his play.. We are very worrying about him. Can u please suggest me any thing.. Is there any necessary to meet developmental pediatrician?
