Sneezing bright blood, runny nose after a cold shower at night. I think I get a cold. What should I do?

Hello This effect seem to be because of change of temperate . You should take rest and do steam inhalations. In morning if there is no improvement then consult ENT specialist. A hot coffee would be a better option
