Hello! Your problem could be chronic sinusitis with or without allergic rhinitis leading to a post nasal drip and throat irritation. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy to evaluate further, apart from a detailed history. Antihistamines and a topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
