I have hairfall issues and acne for years now, i am 23 years old regular face wash and head wash isn't showing any improvement.

Acne and hairfall together can be a sign pcos which is hormonal imbalance. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice. A complete hormonal evaluation and USG should be done.
