Crown hair receding at 23
Hi doctor, I could say im having hairfall since my college days. My father is bald too (PS: he is due to depression problems at young age & his father is not bald) The count of my hair follicles falling is very high sometimes such that everywhere I could see some hair of mine & the amount of hair falling will be less other times depending on how im caring. I use only mild herbal shampoos, sometimes if too much flaky & dandruff I also use keraglo-ad shampoo. Now a days I could see no visible hairs on both crown ends & I'm very much scared, very much looking in hopes of reversing it back. I have been on minidoxil lotion & renocia peptide lotion for one year by now only on crown section & I feel there is no visible growth of using these. Please doctor can you answer my query, is there any actual procedure to reverse crown hairs & make my thin hairs all over strengthened without any side affects ?

Hello, your pictures are suggesting beginning of male patterned hair loss or androgenetic alopecia. Many treatment options ranging from oral supplements, topical solutions, mesotherapy to platelet rich plasma therapy are available. Please understand that any treatment aimed at hair growth will take 6 to 8 weeks to show results. Consult a Dermatologist to know what treatment is best for you. Regards, Dr.Shruti Jadhav Devershi, Sólskin Professional Dermacare.
