Combination with Novomix n Lantus.

I'm diabetic since 10y. Initially 8 yrs I was on Oral Med. Sugar levels very high became weak n lean. Since 2 yrs I'm on insulin. . Doc suggested Morning Novomix 30 - 24 u, Tribet 1, Zemiglo 50g Night Lantus 8-10 u, Tribet 2  tab My sugar levels were xtrm low during 1st half of day n midnight. I had to woke up midnight many times with weakness n sweat. Gradually HyperG symptoms came also came down. Then I approached another Doctor he put me on oral for 1 month NO USE. Currently I'm using below Morning Glitaray M 3 mg forte Lantus 20 units Tendia 20 tab- afternoon Voglow gm2 forte tab - night However  my sugar levels are 150 FL, 220 to 250 PL. I was very comfortable using Novomix 30, had good quantity of food to match my work. Gained weight n was able work for 14 hr a day. Is there other oral med combination with Novomix so that Sugar does not go so low..? Kindly advise
