I had ishara test that time I could read everything clearly but now I am not able to read certain plates. Is it due to some illness ? As I feel weak and sometimes tingling sensation all over my body.

If you had no color blindness 3year ago, u were able to read the chart which you are not able to do now then, you have acquired color vision deficiency. This occurs in many systemic as well as eye diseases. If you have red green blindness now then possible causes are Progressive Cone Dystrophy, Retinal pigment epithelium dystrophy or Optic Neuritis. Glaucoma & some drugs also cause some degree of color blindness too.
Next Steps
You need further evaluation to know the cause them treatment possibilities.
