Colonoscopy
I did a colonoscopy in March 2017 and a sigmoidoscopy in October 2017 and was diagnosed with anal fissure, internal hemorrhoids and SRUS. I was told that the underlying cause for this was constipation and my finger evacuation of stool. I have two questions: 1. What measures should I take to cure my condition? 2. How often should I do colonoscopy/sigmoidoscopy tests?

Treat your constipation. Take DABUR NATURE CARE ISABGOL HUSK- one big teaspoon in one glass of Luke warm water after breakfast and one after dinner daily for 1 month. No need of doing repeated colonoscopy. Don't do finger digging. Take plenty of fibre in diet , plenty of water and salads
