Colonoscopy is painful 20 days before I had large inguinal hernia scrotal surgery before that endoscopy done mild gastritis doctor told but I have stool in blood can I go for colonoscopy and I've taken CT scan without contrast which was normal.

You need to do colonoscopy to find out the reason blood in stools. Colonoscopy will help visualize the entire colon and it will be under will local anesthesia
