Colon pain and constipation
Recently i have done colonoscopy report shows normal.but 3 months ago i had piles (according to sigmoidoscopy)hence the colonoscopy report shows no piles.but i have constipation and bloody stool problem.i also have near naval area left and right side pain. I want to add that in the middle of the colonoscopy process the machine had stopped working and the doctor repairs the machine and then did my colonoscopy again. What i want to know can i believe in this report as i have a bloody stool but report says no piles. Is it due to ibs only?or something else?what do you think doctor?please give me your valuable reply it means a lot to me.

Piles can get back to normal with treatment.. so ur colonoscopy reports can still be right.. Piles problem usually is due to our habits, stress, diet, persistent High rectal pressure n many more.. If ur having severe pain n blood in stools, best is to Consult a surgeon.. teleconsultation won't help u Bec many more things like hemorrhoids, ulcer, fistula wil also have same symptoms.. IBS wil not have blood in stools. So unlikely to be IBS.
Next Steps
visit a surgeon in person.. get Rectal examination done. and go ahead with further treatment.
Health Tips
take high fiber diet, bananas, green leafy vegetables, more water 3 lits per day, avoid eating wheat products.

This seems consistent with IBS with constipation. The piles could have reduced by the time of the colonoscopy. Try high fiber diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables along with lots of water. If constipation and bleeding are not improving with that, consider second opinion.
