Colloidal cyst in thyroid
My mom has a lump in her neck from past 20yrs. She doesn't have any problem with the lump. We showed 2,3 doctors before but they said nothing to worry but yesterday we went to one ent specialist then he said that her thyroid is swelling. He prescribed several test. I am attaching the reports along with it please tell what is that meaning?

Hello. The X-ray show Cervical Spondylosis changes - which can occur with age. The USG Neck shows a cyst in the left part of her Thyroid gland which you are seeing as a swelling in her neck. What made you see a doctor after so long for this...is she experiencing any difficulties?

Do get a thyroid function test done. Follow up with an ENT Specialist.
