Colitis Treatment
I am taking mesalamine 1200 mg twice daily since last 6 months after diagnosed with chronic active ileitis during colonoscopy screening I have also started  taking homeopathic medicine recently for the same disease. Will both of them together daily cause drug- drug interactions with each other ? Or is it okay to take them both together for  long time.. I also take ppi antacids sos and probiotics daily

1) Homoeopathic medicine and homoeopathic medicine does not interact. 2) If a homoeopathic medicine is selected right then you should not require allopathic medicine. In context to that if you need allopathic medicines side by side then it raises question on the homoeopathic medicine selection.

You can take both. But for better results you can try taking complete Homoeopathic treatment. Homoeopathy treats very gently in cases of Colitis and doesn't cause side effects like Allopathic medicine. Apart from relieving the symptoms, Homoeopathy also cuts down the tendency of relapses once the treatment is stopped.
Next Steps
If you prefer, you can initiate the consultation, we can discuss your problem in detail and start the treatment. The treatment consists of a unique Homeopathic medicine that suits you precisely and the do's and don'ts during the treatment.

Does your doctor know about the allopathic medicine you are taking. Generally it is not a problem to take the medicines together. Just make sure to have atleast twenty minutes gap between taking each of the remedies i.e. the Homoeopathic and allopathic drugs. Also don't stop the allopathic remedy suddenly, you should decrease it gradually because your body would have been used to it and suddenly stopping it would lead to adverse effects.
