Colic pain and prickly heat rashes

Hi Doctor, My son is of 18 days old. He is suffering from colic pain and prickly heat rashes since 1 week. He cries whole night and is not able to sleep while night due to pain in stomach. He body is full of prickly rashes. I used medication from doctors but no response yet. Pls suggest diagnosis and solution. Regards, Sunil
