Coldness, mild swelling and heaviness

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am experiencing coldness, mild swelling and heaviness in extremities and dizziness. The coldness sensation starts from shoulders and even chest feels cold and from waist i feel coldness and heaviness in legs. Also dizziness all the time remains constant. I did not take proper meals since last few days. Around 10 days. I just used to eat tea and some biscuits. Is it happening due to any deficiency?
