Coldness around lower back nd tighs.
Few days back I had a problem regarding constipation, I took medical advice and then I use to take drugs as per doctors advice ,but after that I am feeling like cold water running through my thigs around my bum and also I feel around my pennis that it's without life. I can't really understand the symptoms.
