Hi,
Cough and cold may be due to viral infection which is very common in this season... Nothing to worry much about unless if you are having persistent cough for more than 15 days and persistent fever.
Next Steps
Take cough syrup if sputum is there then take expectorant one or otherwise dry.

Keep good hydration, avoid eating junk foods outside.
