Cold with loose watery yellow motion
My baby is 7 month old from tmrw she vomits two or three times with temperature and cold. After giving emset 2 mg vomiting is controlled. But today 5to 7 times watery loose motion with cold. Which syrup I will give her. She so irritated and cry all time.

Viral infection involves multiple systems… give ORS for maintaining hydration, syrup zinc.. No antibiotics.. it will stop on its own.
