Cold ,Throat pain, sneezing, Head ache
I've been sick since 2 days and I couldn't go to office to work, Now my manager wants medical certificate and the problem is that I was taking medicines at home and I couldn't visit any Doctor. Now inorder to get a medical certificate which Doctor should I visit and I am not feeling well now as well.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You have done self Medication that means you are your own doctor.
How can you expect any doctor to give you a medical certificate when a doctor didn't even treat you.
There is one way out that you could just tell the truth to your boss.
