Cold that has lasted for a while
Hello. A few weeks back I had gotten a cold that I think developed into the flu. I had the common symptoms of running nose, sore throat, headache and body aches . Eventually they went away except for the sore throats and the cough. I would have problems breathing at night because my chest was so congested . It has now been two weeks and my nose is still congested. Feels like the whole left side of my face is congested . I also have missed my menstral cycle, I don't know if that has anything to d

It's probably a viral flu. Simple home remedies like luke warm water with salt gargle and steam inhalation would help.

if one sided headache persists, then it could be sinusitis. consult a near by physician
