Can I use Acivir (Cipla) an Aciclovir cream for the cold sores that have erupted on my lips. The boils have erupted since yesterday due to excess exposure to sunlight.

The medicament you mentioned is an antiviral cream I would recommend you to visit a dermatologist and not do self medication.
