I have a cold sore, I’ve never had one before so I don’t know the ins and outs. Can my cold sore lead to genital herpes even without oral sex?
Say, for example, myself and my partner had sex where no oral activity was involved, but my hand touched my mouth and then my partners genitals, would that pass on genital herpes?

Yes possibilities are there as genital herpes is very contagious Infection which can be transmitted by hands , mouth or even a touch .
