I Usually Get Cold, Sneezing, watery Eyes Every Week Facing this From 2-3 Years.. After Consuming most of Commom foods Like Chicken/Coffee/Maggi-Noodles/Gobi Mancurian/Spicy Snacks.. Usually take Okacet 10mg (Cetirizine(10.0 Mg)) For Quick relief but Again Cold comes back After 2-3 Days From last 3 months Im Wearing Mask all the time so it Couldn't be Dust Related So what could Be The Cause & treatment

This is because of allergy. Avoid the food which causes this & take T Montair 10 mg OD Rhinocort nasal spray x in each nostril x 2 times/ day
