Cold sensation in head

Hi My wife is having some weird cold sensation in head. Like something cold is crawling in the head like liquid drops of water. She feels vomit like feeling and a little of dizziness. This accelerates mostly in evening. Pls suggest the possible cause and further course of action. Thanks
