Cold, runny nose, heavyness in head

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I have cold & runny nose since two days. I have been taking Honeytus 2tsp twice a day. Currently i have runny nose & my snizzing has increased. Im 11weeks pregnant. Also, i have 99.6 F temperature in mouth. I will seeing my gynec tomorrow but till the what soould i do which will to ease my cold. Can i take cetrizine 10mg or Dolo 650? Pls advice.

It's common to get cold during pregnancy. So don't worry abt that mostly its viral and it may go spontaneously. For fever u take dolo 650mg. Use warm water for drinking and practice basic hand hygiene for prevention.
