Yes ma'am very good afternoon.. you can give chlorpheniramine syrup .. at 0.35mg/kg/day .. kindly mention your baby weight. Syrup maxtra (2/5) 1.3 ml three times a day if baby weight is 4.5 kg

Helooo .. u can use maxtra drops 0.4 ml donot use syrup only drops will be accurate for the age of the baby along with that u can use nasoclear nasal drops 4 times a day
