You seem to be suffering from deviated nasal septum. If you are suffering from frequent nose blocks then surgery known as septoplasty is required. It is a simple surgery which is done commonly. After surgery usually complete recovery occurs in couple of weeks. Rest is required for atleast five days after surgery
