Cold problem
I always suffer from cold problem.. Not even in winter but also in Summer. Mostly when i wash my hairs during bath time then after some hours water start falling from my nose and i consistently start sneezing 4 to 5 times at once..But still i love ice cream ☺
Please doctor suggest me some remedy.

Use your air conditioner. Air conditioning reduces the amount of airborne pollen from trees, grasses and weeds that finds its way indoors. Air conditioning also lowers indoor humidity and can reduce your exposure to dust mites.
Decontaminate your decor..
Maintain optimal humidity.
Prevent mold spores.
Reduce pet dander....
