  4. Cold cough nasal congestion 6 mnth baby.

Cold cough nasal congestion 6 mnth baby
My baby is 6 month old weighs 7.9 has cold nasal congestion cough and fever for the past 3 days. He was prescribed with crocin syrup and cetzine syrup. Can i continue the same medicine. He has no appetite.
