  4. Cold cough. Shall i continue this?

I am having sour throat since last Sunday. I did not take any medicine and it's increased past 2days I had runny nose and started coughing... So yesterday I took tusq syrup and chest on cold tablet... Shall I continue this? Also please suggest the correct dosage...
