My daughter is 5.5years old...from two weeks she has been suffering from dry cough..doctor gave her laveta m and Alex ls..after taking Alex ls her cough becomes wet..but she had difficulty in cough out the phlegum...doctor next told her to take augmentin DDS...I already started it gave it for one day...but doctor examined her now told there is phlegum in her chest .told her to take montair 5 for two weeks... I become puzzled...very much worried about my child..pls suggest what to do...should I give montair 5...? Does this medicine have any side effects? Should I give this med for such a long time? Pls pls reply
