Hello My baby girl is 2 years and 7 months old. She is getting Cold Cough and nasal congestion with fever. Can i give her Ambrodil S Syrup 5 ml daily once with Notril and Crocin? Is it ok to give this medicine?

give timinic syrup 3 ml with xylometazoline ped nasal drops 3 drops . tht ll be better
