Many medicines are safe in last trimester of pregnancy, you can continue the same medicines, some discomfort fever etc is expected after getting Vaccination as these are part of body creating a defense against COVID19.
Please come down and meet me at my clinic. Since you are in your third trimester, there are many medicines that I can prescribe safely to you, but I need to examine you before I do so. I is illegal to prescribe any medicines on this forum, as it is nothing but an electronic noticeboard visible to all and your identity is also not known to me. Neither do I know your height or weight nor the exact problem. As per a recent High Court Judgement, a prescription is a LEGAL DOCUMENT and has to be addressed to a particular patient with the diagnosis!
It's always better to avoid medicine in pregnancy. Continue betadine gargle. Drink warm water. If required take augmentin 625 mg two times a day for 5 days.
