Good day doc, From yesterday I got soar throat and sneezing sometimes Today from early morning soar throat has been increased with ear pain and body pain And sever headache, feeling shivering sometimes feeling less appetite... Warm water googling I am do it In regular intervals P. S : I have acidity for pain killers So give me some acidity tab if it's pain killer inculeded in medicine list Help me out
