I had a cold for about 2 week in this summer season please tell me any medicine/home remedies or precautions so that i can get rid from cold and sneezing

Hello. You take arsenicum album 30 - 2 times daily. Allium cepa 30 - 3times daily.avkid cold food and drinks.
