I am suffering from cold from more than a month and this problem occurs only when i wake up after getting fresh i feel better through out the day and also lot of sneezing when i wake up in the morning.

As per your description you are suffering from allergic rhinitis.. permanent cure is not possible.. need to take regular treatment when symptoms arise.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
