Cold and flu
From 2 weeks I am continuously suffering from cold and flu which heals and again comes back after 2 to 3 days. Please advise me if this is normal or if I am doing something wrong. I have been taking normal cold medicines and also doing inhalation yet it's not effective.

You need to investigate yourself. You have not clearly mentioned about your fever. However CBC ESR and a basic Fever Profile will help in establishing a diagnosis and subsequent treatment. Drink plenty of fluids and have a good nutritious diet.
