Have cold and a fever of 100.8°c. also have a very slight throat pain. fever since few hours and cold since a day

Hey It seems you have viral fever. As of now do one thing Take saline gargle or steam Inhalation twice a day at least for 5-10 minutes. You can also take Medication if required- Rx 1. Tab Doxycycline 100mg BD for 5 days 2. Tab Paracetamol 500mg BD for 5days 3. Tab Pantoprazole DSR (40/10)mg OD before meal x 5days
