Cold and dry coughing
Cold from last 20 days with coughing but now my nose is dry and ears are blocked. Coughing is still there but dry. No taste in any food, feeling a bit cold also.

Hello! Do you frequently get such problems? What is your job/ work environment like? Does your nose get frequently blocked? It could be sinusitis and might need further evaluation. Your ears blocked because of the tube which connects ears from the nose known as eustachian tube gets blocked in such conditions. You might benefit from temporary nasal decongestants and a nasal spray.
