I hope your paediatrician has explained about how to feed the baby. The head should be little high when feeding and after feeding the baby should put her on your shoulder and gently tap on the back so that she burps and then make her lie down to the sides.
If your are not doing this thing even in the nights then she can have cold and cough as the milk can get regurgitated into the nose and also into the lungs.
If this is not the case Visit ENT for proper evaluation and medication.
