Cold and congestion
I am not feeling well from 1-2 weeks, I am suffering from cold and cough, however sometimes fever is also there. I have taken some basic medicine like cough syrup but there is no improvement. I also used otrivin but nothing happened. Weakness is also there sometimes.

For cough and mild fever , you can do warm water saline gargles 3-4 times a day, drink luke warm water, and take syrup Adusol 2 tsp 3 to 4 times a day with warm water. This will take care of ur complaint.
