Hi, an occupational therapist can do cognitive behaviour therapy for pain management. You have not mentioned what is the reason the doctor suggested CBT. Please enquire with your doctor. There are many Psychiatrists who offer CBT, you can approach any one of them. Hope this helps. All the Best!
