Hello, We understand your concern. Conginitive therapy is just like a doctor gaining confidence of patient. It is just like having a deal in between to people. After aging confidence doctor make certain behavioural changes in patient with his talk more of counselling type so that the patient would.listen to and Iimplement them. Then there is a drawback here that is cognitive therapy is a long process mean while to keep the patient calm doctors prescribe medications. Some times only cognitive therapy won't work so they will have to so so. Thank you
