Cognition and meta cognition
Plz tell me is there any medication that improves cognition and meta cognition bcoz during depression I had ADHD medication(methylephenidate)and  my worried thought had been stopped.see how my brain works right now.when I look at anything there is no thought evolve in my mind or I am not learning anything from the world for eg:when cbse class 12th exam is cancel there is no reaction occur in my mind or no thoughts comes even I am in class 12th Is it possible that problem will resolve, after the consultation of doc,becoz there is a effect of dopamine  almost whole in my mind.also I have left the medicine since 2 month but still effect of methylphenidate is remain as it was.

As you mentioned you stopped medications 2 months ago it’s very unlikely whatever symptoms you are experiencing presently is due to medications you had stopped taking 2 months ago. Your mood seems to be flat it could be due to depression, which affects your cognition. May be your depression is partially treated. Once depression is treated your symptoms will subside.
