It can be used but it will not treat the fungal infection. Please send photos using online consult option for proper treatment. Please don't self diagnose dry skin or fungal infection. Not everything is dry skin or fungal infection. Itching on whole body can have many causes.

Coconut oil can be used as a moisturizer but you need to maintain proper hygiene. It gives moisturization to the skin and can be used regularly .
