My friend got naked with her boyfriend. They didn't have sex but there was some pre cum above her vagina. She took an ECP as a precaution. Can she get pregnant?

Hello, Has she missed her periods? It is unlikely for her to become pregnant since there has been no penetration. Ask her to do a urine pregnancy test. If the result is negative, there is nothing to worry about. If the result is positive then consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation and management.

Pregnancy is unlikely. Using a regular contraception will save them a lot of stress. Condom or OC pills will be good options for them. Meet a gynaecologist for detailed information and counseling. They can also see me at Andheri for the same

Hi there, There is no chance of pregnancy as there was no penetration plus she has already taken ecp. Do not worry. However i suggest she and her boyfriend come for a session of counselling regarding sex and contraception to get a better idea on the subject. Regards, Dr shikha shah Munbai
