Yes, you can include half a cup of clove tea in your routine on alternate days. Clove has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. It’s especially beneficial for digestion, blood sugar regulation, and hormonal balance — which is relevant for managing PCOS. However, due to its potency, moderation is important to avoid gastric irritation or heat-related imbalances in the body.

Like Clove there are so many other herbs are available which are equally or more beneficial then Clove. Every herb according to Ayurveda has benefits and Disadvantages both. it depends upon for what purpose and in which dose we are using it ! Since you have asked to add this in daily regime i suggest you not to add this in daily routine because enough needed qualntity of clove we are consuming either through vegetables pots, curry, or other Kitchen recipes, so ultimately no need to add extra Clove. if any herb we are using rarely then it will be okay to add it as regular. For the Pcos you need some extra concern of ayurveda treatment along with strict daily lifestyle modifications suggested by ayurveda practitioner! Hope this Answer helps you
