Weight gain is unusual with clonazepam. Also to cause the weight gain you have to take it for long term, and it is not advisable to take clonazepam for longer durations, e.g. 2-3 months or longer continuously. We try to give it for lesser durations to correct the sleep schedule and then we reduce the doses and ultimately stop it.
Next Steps
you can consult for the weight gain issues. I am available for online consultations and therapies.
Health Tips
your weight gain might have different reasons. and also the purpose of clonazepam needs evaluation as it is not a drug which should be taken continuously for long periods of time.
